About
Shree Karthick has been in the entertainment industry for almost a decade now- a decade that has been nothing short of eventful for him.
Having started off as a company dancer, Karthick too had humble beginnings. Praised for his expressive dance style by the judges of all the dance reality shows he’d been a part of, he decided to give acting a shot. Soon enough, he realized his passion for crafting stories and storytelling, and needless to say, he was determined to take it up.
With a vision in mind and a dream in his heart, Shree Karthick began pursuing screenwriting and film making full-time. In 2013, he founded Madboys Creatives, a media company focused on creating commercials, digital films and web series. Over the next few years, Karthick churned out award-winning short films and introduced the nascent concept of web series to the Tamil audience.
All this, while also conceptualizing and directing approximately forty commercials under the banner of his company. Shree attributes his ability to come up with thirty-second story concepts to Madboys Entertainment for the same reason. He believes that they helped him further refine his film making skills.
Shree’s work has always reflected his obsession with thinking outside the box and defying convention with his unconventional stories. Take him by his word and rest assured, you’ll leave with your own.
